Collection Point

Would you like to collect your product directly from one of our collection point? We currently have Collection Point at Chattogram City. We will soon open another collection point at Dhaka City.

You can order online and collect from our collection point without any shipping charge.

Delivery Partner

To deliver your ordered product we use RedX, Pathao, Sundarban Courier Service & S A Paribahan logistics service based on location and availability.

Delivery Charge

The delivery charge depends on your ordered product value, size and your address. The good news is that our delivery charge is pre fixed. The delivery charge within Chattogram city is 60 TK and out of Chattogram District is 150 Tk. In different campaign we provide Free Delivery. If you order from those campaign no delivery charge will be applied to you. To check our offers keep an eye on our Facebook Page!

How many days needed for Delivery?

We will deliver your ordered products within 5 Working Days.

What is the warranty procedure?

The warranty of the products will be same as you would get in a shop. You will get warranty details below each of the product description. RETURN POLICY

How to Return or Exchange a product?

At GadgetShop360.com, your satisfaction is very important to us. You are eligible for this policy if you find any problem or damage in the product delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1. Please check the delivered product during the delivery team member’s presence.
2. If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered to you, notify our delivery team about it. Then you may return the purchased products to exchange it.

How to Return and Refund a product?

You are eligible for this policy if we do not have the product in stock to exchange.
If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered to you, do notify our delivery team to exchange the product. But if we do not have the product available in our stock, we will refund you within 7-10 working days.

How to do In-Store Purchase?

If you had purchased from our office, then we would request you to check the item when you’re purchasing it. If you find any fault with it, you can leave it behind. Sold items from store cannot be returned.

What about Courier Deliveries?

For courier deliveries, you will have to inform just right after getting the parcel and if we agree, you will get another 48 hours to ship it back to us. The shopper would need to cover the costs associated with the courier delivery of the item back to us. After we’ve received the item, we will investigate it and will provide an update.
